Position Overview 

The Accounting Assistant’s primary role is to support the Accounting Department in the areas of both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, to ensure accurate recording of customer billing/credits/adjustments, cash receipts, and vendor invoices/payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the Accounting Department
  • Process documentation provided by drivers in their daily driver bags
  • Record and track freight related expenses
  • Process return credits and price adjustments

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
