Ensure all invoices are properly approved by associated manager and enter high volume of a/p invoices into ERP system. Job Summary:
Design and assists in creating marketing projects, including Fish Tales the signature publication of Samuels Seafood Company. The Marketing Specialist will work with the team and assist in growing the Samuels Seafood Company brand and business.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, edits, and is the primary content contributor for the monthly signature publication, Fish Tales
- Writes and edits copy for marketing materials: signs, advertisements, social media, and website
- Adept in working with a graphic designer and managing print & digital advertisement campaigns
- Manages weekly internal sales meetings
- Generates and edits content for Point of Sale (POS) material, back of the invoices, digital marketing campaigns, Fish Tales, social media, and Websites (Samuels Seafood, Giuseppe’s Market, and Ippolito’s Seafood) that educates sales staff, customers, and on brands and inventory
- Provides various satellite offices (Pittsburgh, Florida, and Las Vegas) with marketing materials and support
- Create content for social media postings, and monitors engagement

The HACCP Specialist will assist in maintaining and growing our HACCP food safety program and our Sustainable Seafood Commitment program.
