This fresh and delicious striped bass comes from the only dedicated, pure-breed striped bass hatchery in the world, and is the first marine finfish operation in Mexico to achieve four-star Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) certification—the highest level in the program.
Harvested and immediately iced in Baja California, Mexico, just a short boat ride from processing, this fish maintains a clean flavor profile and firm texture.
Thanks to its rich fat content, striped bass is incredibly versatile—perfect for grilling, poaching, braising, or serving raw. When cooked, it flakes beautifully and the skin crisps to perfection.
