Mother’s Day is the second busiest day for us after New Years Eve. Everyone is taking out their mother for brunch and dinner and seafood is a star on many restaurant menus. In this week’s Market Update, Wise Will (aka Bill Bradford) and Dr. Done-Little (aka Dr. Fish) offer up some advice for placing your orders for the holiday. These include communicating with your sales reps early about large portion or shucked shellfish orders, and ordering your frozen seafood early.
