Sliver Streak Hybrid Stripped Bass, also known as Stripers, Wipers, Sunshine Bass, Rockfish and Sea Bass. Silver Streak Striped Bass is a hybrid of Marine Stripped Bass and freshwater White Bass, resulting in a fish with desirable characteristics of both species.

Jim Ekstrom began raising hybrid striped bass in the mid-eighties. In 1997 he located farming operations in Danevang, Texas, and built Sliver Streak farm to 110 ponds and nearly 1,000 water acres. Today, the farm produces three million pounds of fish annually, making it the largest hybrid striped bass farm in the USA.

Silver Streak Striped Bass mature in a natural pond environment fed by pristine country wells. An experienced crew monitors growing conditions around the clock 365 days a year.
We harvest to order several times weekly. Harvested fish are chilled in Ice slurry, graded, boxed and immediately transported to wholesale Customers across the USA and beyond.
